Palm Cream (also known as Banga) is a soup made from the sauce squeezed from palm fruit (Elaeis guineensis). It is famous in West Africa, particularly in Nigeria, banga (palm nut) soup cuisine is more commonly enjoyed by the people of Delta State, especially the urhobos and itsekiris, who call it amiedi and obey-ekpo respectively. The Yoruba call it obe eyin while in Cameroon, it is referred to as Mbanga soup. Palmnut soup is usually eaten with fufu, rice and banku.
Ingredients: Palm Cream, Pea Aubergine, Tetrapleura (Prekese), Water, Salt.

Preparation: add 2 parts of water to one part of Praise Abemu Dro Concentrate and boil for about 20 minutes. Add meat or fish, onions, tomatoes and spices and boil for another 20 minutes.
