Kenkey (also known as kɔmi, otim, kooboo or dorkunu) is a famous dish of Ghana, West Africa. The Ga version of kenkey is made with White Corn Meal and is allowed to ferment for a few days before being kneaded. Unlike Fante Kenkey, Ga kenkey is usually wrapped in corn leaves to preserve its freshness.
